Purchasing & Shipping

Option 1

Proceed through the online checkout and once your payment is made I will confirm your order and arrange shipping.

Option 2

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact me via email and I will issue an invoice for the selected artwork(s). Once payment in made I will arrange shipping.

Whichever method you choose, I am available to answer any questions you might have. I will keep in touch throughout the shipping process until the artwork has arrived safely with you. Unless otherwise stated I aim to ship all orders within 14 days of payment, though this is often much sooner. Any tracking numbers/courier details will be forwarded to you.

Shipping Information

Artwork can be shipped worldwide.

Paintings are securely packaged and insured to guard against damage.

If you purchase your artwork through the online checkout then you will be prompted to select the correct shipping option. If you are unsure about which option to select, or you would like a quote in advance of committing to purchase then please get in touch first.

  • We aim to ship work within 14 days of receipt of full payment. If there is a delay to this then we’ll let you know.

  • Once your purchase is shipped you will be provided with details so that you can track your delivery. We’ll be in touch with you throughout the process.

Overseas Shipping (outside of mainland UK)

All overseas shipping is calculated on an individual basis. I am happy to hold a work while I get you a quote.

UK Shipping Costs

Small works (works on paper etc.)

UK Courier Shipping (FedEx or similar): £30

Medium

UK shipping: £90

Large works

To ensure safe delivery of large works we use specialist art shipping agents. This is a is door-to-door service by experts. Once the delivery is confirmed you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.

UK art specialist shipping: £150

In person collection from the studio near York, UK (YO19) : FREE

Import Tax and Duties

Please note that any international import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and not included in the shipping price or purchase invoice.

Import taxes are determined by individual countries and vary accordingly. Once your purchase arrives at your countries boarder control, you may be contacted by customs with an import tax invoice which you will need to pay in order to have the work delivered.

I am happy to reserve a work for 24 hours should you wish to enquire about your countries import duties before proceeding with a purchase.

Returns and Refunds

I am confident you will be happy with your painting, however, If you change your mind about your purchase returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition. The purchaser is liable for the cost of shipping a return. If returning an artwork you will be expected to pack and ship the work in the same way as it was sent out to you. Refunds of artwork will not include the original shipping cost.

If a work is damaged in transit then please contact me as soon as possible, with photos if you can of both the work and the packaging. I will arrange the return of the work with you and provide a refund.

Holding Work

Work can be held for a period of time after purchase, for example, if you are moving house and wish to wait until you have moved before the work is shipped - or, you are having interior work done on your home. Please let me know when you would like to have your work delivered and I can hold the work at the studio for an agreed time.
